Foundation exposure for exterior waterproofing.
Exterior waterproofing is the permanent fix for a leaky basement, but first someone has to carefully dig down to the footing without damaging the wall, the weeping tile, or your services. That is our job.
We excavate along the foundation to full depth, keep the trench safe and workable for the waterproofing crew, and backfill with proper drainage stone once the membrane and weeping tile are in.

Do you do the waterproofing itself?
We do the excavation and backfill. The membrane and drainage work is done by your waterproofing contractor. We team up with them so the job flows as one.
How close to the house can you dig?
Right against it. That is the point. We dig tight to the wall, by machine where safe and by hand where needed.
